Big Wheel® Hog Feeders
Nursery Feeders
Purpose
Young pigs are especially sensitive to stale feed, and Big Wheel Feeders keep feed fresh and clean, dispensing it only on demand.- Patented mechanical-flow eliminates feed waste
- Easy start of weaned pigs
- Pellets and crumbles flow through without damage to texture. Meal flows easily with no separation or waste
- Feed efficiency and rate of gain improve when feed is kept in top condition
- Trough height, size of openings, and head spacing have been carefully designed for each size range to reduce stress and promote consumption

Gene Matthis, Prestage Farms, North Carolina
"As a contracting grower for Prestage Farms, I don't have time to adjust or clean feeders. I haven't had one Osborne Big Wheel Feeder plug after years of use. Best of all, my feed conversion (F/G ratio) has improved an average of 0.1 to 0.2 per building. My initial investment has been well worth the cost. Take it from me. Hogs are my business."Copyright © 2009 Osborne Industries; All Rights Reserved
