e.TAG® For Pigs
Purpose
e.TAGs assign a unique numeric identity to pigs through universally recognized radio frequency technology. RFID tags enable immediate identification of pigs.

- Air coil and electronic components are molded and permanently sealed into a durable, high grade polyurethane using an exclusive, patented process
- e.TAG studs include a self-piercing component specifically angled to provide small, clean incisions. E.TAGs are also treated with Infecta+Guard to reduce the risk of infection and disease transfer and to facilitate proper healing
- e.TAGs are lightweight; each weigh 0.35 oz (10 g) with the stud
- Tensile strength studies have proved that each e.TAG is engineered to provide superior retention
