Survey Scale
Purpose
The Osborne Survey Scale is the scale component of the Weight Watcher Growth Management System. The Survey Scale monitors the growth of the pigs by sorting pigs by weight and also sorts market hogs.Operating Modes
- Weight Watcher mode - Automatically sorts pigs into two targeted feeding groups (heavy pigs and light pigs) based on pig weight
- Market mode - Automatically sorts pigs for market based on targeted weight
Construction
- Heavily constructed for many years of use
- Massive air cylinders hold up to numerous daily visits of pigs through Survey Scale
- Easily accessible single load cell means less maintenance and repairs
- Heavy-duty entrance gate rollers roll along pigs side without scaring pigs
- Open design of Exit gate allows pigs to see through to the outside of the scale encouraging traffic through the Survey Scale

- Monitors pig activity 24/7 when temperature tracking and water usage options are utilized
