Payment Methods

We accept several methods of payment for our products and services. No matter what method you choose, we guarantee that every transaction you make on our site, in person, or over the phone will be 100% secure. All website prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Full purchase amounts (including shipping) for transactions made on our site will be charged to your payment method immediately if the goods ship via common carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.)

The total value of purchased goods for oversized items requiring LTL (less than truckload) freight will be charged to your payment method at the time of purchase. Once the freight amount is determined for your order, a representative with Osborne Customer Service will contact you via phone or e-mail with the total freight amount, at which time payment for the total freight amount is required.

If you would like to pay for a purchase by an alternate method, please give us a call.

Credit & Debit Cards: We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. PayPal Holdings, Inc., processes all credit card transactions.

PayPal & Venmo: You can use your Venmo account, PayPal account, or check-out as a guest with PayPal to complete your purchase.

Coupon Codes, Free Offers, Gift Cards: Pay for your order with the code you received by entering it into the appropriate field at the checkout screen. Payments using expired offers are not accepted.

 

Taxes & Tax Exemption

Residents in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, and South Dakota will be charged sales tax. The actual tax will be calculated when your order is processed. Tax may vary from the amount shown on our website.

Are you tax exempt? Contact us to learn about tax exemption and to obtain a tax exemption form. You may also provide us with a valid tax exemption form via fax at 1-785-346-2194 or download the appropriate form below and e-mail it to us.

 

Fraud & Loss Prevention

Although most orders do not require identity verification, some may require identity verification depending on your payment method. If your order requires verification, your order will be placed on a “hold status,” and you will receive an e-mail or phone call from us to collect the necessary identity verification information.

If your identity cannot be verified, you may:

  1. Provide a new payment method with matching name and address.
  2. Change your payment method to PayPal with a PayPal-verified address.
  3. Cancel your order.
